We have done our best in preparing FUSION 2000. However, neither the FUSION 2000 chairs nor the FUSION 2000 organizing committee cannot take any responsability for any damage, loss or inconvenience participants might incur in connection with FUSION 2000. We also cannot be held responsible for the correctness or appropriateness of the contents of talks and papers included in this conference. In particular, changes to the published program or cancellations of parts thereof do not entitle to a refund of the registration fee or parts thereof.

Names and addresses of participants will be electronically processed and will be included in a list of participants that will be distributed during the conference.

By registering for the conference, participants express their agreements with these regulations. Registration will become effective only after receipt of your payment.

Registration Fees

All the prices are in French Francs (FF) or in Euros. You may choose to send your payment in FF or in Euros by choosing the corresponding registration/payment form which fits the best your payment facilities. The currency exchange rate has been fixed at : 1 USD = 6.8 FF = 1.037 Euros.

Cancellation

Before June 15th, 2000, refund is possible. One Hundred Fifty French Francs (150 FF) will be retained for administrative fees. No refunds will be made after this date.

Transportation ticket (Paris-Visite coupon)

If you order for the Paris-Visit coupon, it will be given to you at the registration desk on July 10th, 2000. No coupon will be refunded unless defective. If you don’t know about Paris-Visite coupon please check info at : www.onera.frtransportation.html before completing your form.

Registration/Payment receipt

A receipt will be send to you as soon as your payment has been confirmed.

Conference dinner

The Fusion 2000 Gala dinner will be held on July, 11 on board of a bateau-mouche. Have a look at www.bateaux-mouches.fr

Lunches

We are doing our best to find the most convenient solution for the lunches. Tickets will be available at the registration desk for lunches as close as possible to the conference.

Large number of bars and restaurants around the conference site are referenced on our server.

Last important notes

This registration / payment form corresponds to reduced registration fees. It has to be postmarked 15th May at the latest. After 15th May , you will charged for regular registration fees.

No registration will be made if the form is not sent with the payment. Payment using Bank transfer will be accepted until 10th June, 2000. After 10th June, only payment by check or credit card will be authorized by the Fusion 2000 organization.
