Guest room rates
Hotel Nikko de Paris is pleased to offer Fusion 2000 group the following
negotiated room rates:
SINGLE : FF 850.
DOUBLE : FF 950.
These rates include all taxes, service charges and buffet breakfast.
These rates are quoted in French Francs on a net, non-commissionable
basis.
Release Dates
The guest room block will be held until June 10th 2000 (30 days
prior to first expected arrival),at which time any unassigned rooms will be
released back to the hotel. Reservation requests received after this date will
be accepted on a space and rate available basis. Please be sure that everyone
is aware of the reservations cut-off date and all reservations for your event
are confirmed prior to the cut-off date.
The cut-off date will also apply for staff rooms.

Reservations must be made prior to June 12th 2000 and must include
for prepayment and guarantee a credit card number, expiration date and name as
it appears on the card.

Room / Tax Payment & guest room incidentals
Guests will be responsible for settling all charges prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of this agreement, a cancellation fee will be
assessed equal to the value which would have resulted from the total bedroom
occupancy as specified herein. Assessment for damages will be based upon the
following schedule:
- Date of Cancellation: within 72 hours prior to arrival date;
- Cancellation Penalty: one night minimum or 50% of the stay at the agreed
contract rate.
Transportation
- from CdG airport: taxi - frf 200.00 one way distance - 26 km /
16 miles tvl time - approx 40-50 minutes airport bus - frf 38.00 one way
per person. operates to and from porte Maillot airterminal. Drop off is at
invalides.
- from Orly airport: taxi - frf 160.00 one way distance - 16 km /
9 miles tvl time - approx 30 minutes airport bus - frf 40.00 one way per
person. Operates to and from ory airport and the drop off is at invalides
- Paris metro: Bir-Hakeim station - 10 minute walk from the hotel.
Charles Michel station - 3 minute walk to the hotel.
