For Fusion 2009, all paper submissions and proposals are to be handled via the web-based system PaperPlaza. There are several different catagories of submissions in the system: Contributed paper; Special session proposal; Special session paper; Plenary paper; and Tutorial/workshop proposal. To access PaperPlaza, please follow the link at https://controls.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/login.pl. First time users will need to setup an account.

For all categories of contributed papers, the following MS Word and LaTeX templates will be used. Additionally, a link is given for the Fusion 2009 copyright form. These can also be found at the PaperPlaza website.

IMPORTANT NOTE -- In order to correctly support the IEEE standard so that papers can be distributed in IEEE Xplore, authors must read the instructions in Paperplaza and download and install "joboptions" from the PaperPlaza website using Support => PDF Support pages. Further, if you still have problem producing PDF compliance file, please use the PDF server provided by the IEEE PDF eXpress site at http://www.pdf-express.org/. Please click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information. You will need the Conference ID which is: fusion09x .

ISIF COPYRIGHT FORM -- The ISIF copyright form will now be submitted when uploading final manuscripts in PaperPlaza. The form will be generated automatically in PapaerPlaza and only requires a digital signature and date from authors.
