Fusion 2002 offers the tutorial program on Fundamentals of Information Fusion and Applications, which will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2002.

The tutorials cover a broad range of topics from theoretical background, design methodogologies, systems analysis and requirements, application issues and challenges, to real-world examples. The lectures are prepared for research and software engineers, system development managers, government laboratoieis and agencies, user organizations, and engineering consultants as well as students, and will be delivered by leading researchers and experts in the fields.

Ten half-day tutorials will be organized in parallel sessions, five in the morning and five in the afternoon, to allow more flexibility for attendees in either learning about several disciplines or focusing on one main subject.

The registration fee is $195.00 per registrant for a half-day tutorial session and $395.00 for full-day tutorial sessions. For teams of three or more from the same organization, the fee is 20% off the regular amount each. ISIF registered attendees receive a one-time $50.00 discount. Students enjoy half price each. Each student selected by the student paper program will gain a free access to one half-day tutorial of his or her choice.
