The technical program will consist of contributed sessions, invited sessions, three plenary speeches, and several tutorials. All these activities will be scheduled in three days, except the tutorials, which will be put in the fourth day. All draft papers of the contributed sessions will be reviewed by the technical program committee. Each invited sessions as a whole will also be reviewed by the technical program committee. Poster sessions will be scheduled when necessary, that is, if too many papers are received and accepted that makes it ineffective to have all of them presented orally. Internationally recognized experts will be invited to deliver the plenary speeches. The Conference and the instructors of the tutorials will split the income of the tutorials, determined on a case-by-case basis.
