Exhibitor
Information
As
an exhibitor at the Loews Annapolis Hotel, you will receive a warm welcome,
approximately 2' x 3' of exhibit space, draped and clothed table, and
chair(s). There are 2 levels of vendor sponsorship, with locations as
described below.
All
tables will be reserved for the full week of the conference. Exhibit
set-up will be on Sunday, July 7 from
1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., unless other arrangements have been previously
coordinated. Exhibit takedown will
occur on the last day of the conference, Thursday, July 11, noon to
4:00 p.m.

- Choice of Tables
1 through 12 or 25 through 36. These tables, which offer the most
visibility to conference attendees, are located just inside the main
Regatta ballroom. Your table will be visible daily by a majority of
the conference attendees and offers the potential for excellent one-on-one

on printed material and website.
- Company banners
may be displayed in front of your table with literature displayed.
Standard Level
$700.00
- Choice of Tables
13 through 24 or 37 through 48. These tables are located inside the
Regatta Ballroom.
Your table will be visible daily by a majority of the conference attendees
and offers the potential for excellent one-on-one interaction with

may be displayed in front of your table with literature displayed.

unless noted, these areas are not secured after hours. The ISIF Conference
is not responsible
for materials left unattended.
